Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance
My Shaker Flow ("the Service") is operated by My Flow Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17289976), contactable at hello@myshakerflow.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Age requirement
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (18+ in the UK and EU, 21+ in the United States) to use this Service. The Service contains information about alcoholic beverages and is not intended for minors.
3. Responsible drinking
My Shaker Flow is for educational and entertainment purposes. Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from the consumption of alcohol.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, notes and shopping lists you create. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you.
6. Acceptable use
- No uploading illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
- No attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or attack the Service.
- No scraping or bulk extraction of recipe data.
7. Subscriptions, payments and billing
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a Pro subscription is required for scanning, managing your bar, cocktail matching, Party Mode and favourites. Pro costs £3.99 per month or £29.99 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. A bespoke AI cocktail is a separate one-off purchase of £4.99 and does not require a subscription. Prices include any applicable VAT or sales tax.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple under Apple's terms.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives you 14 days to request a full refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, artwork, software and curated recipe content are owned by My Flow Limited and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, republish or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. AI identification
The bottle-scanning feature uses AI and may be inaccurate. Always verify ingredients yourself before use, especially regarding allergens.
10. Service availability
We provide the Service on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
11. Geographic availability
The Service is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you are on any restricted-party list maintained by the UK, EU, UN or US governments. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or attempt fraudulent or abusive payments, without refund of the current period where the breach is serious.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
