  • Scotch Whisky60 ml
  • Lemon Juice20 ml
  • Honey Syrup20 ml
  • Ginger3 slices

Method

Muddle ginger, shake with the rest and ice, double-strain over fresh ice. Float a peated scotch if you have one.
